Luke is Thirdi’s Design Manager responsible for ensuring that each Thirdi Project delivers on a design outcome of exceptionally high quality. With his easy-going style, Luke’s approach is collaborative and flexible while maintaining an emphasis on meeting project deliverables and achieving successful results for both Thirdi and their clients.
Luke holds a Master’s degree in Architecture (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Luke has extensive experience in the design, documentation, and construction of small, mid-sized and large-scale residential and commercial projects. As the Project Architect on Stella, Eaton and West Apartments he has played an integral role in the re-development of Newcastle’s Westend.
Outside of work Luke enjoys time with his family as being well known for his competitive nature on the golf course.
Bella is a Sale representative for Thirdi’s Newcastle projects. She is responsible for creating lasting relationships with purchases & clients to ensure they are satisfied with their new investment or residence.
Bella has been involved with Newcastle property industry working alongside agency directors, leading agents, and auctioneers since she was 16. Her recent background was working with one of Australia’s Leading Strata Management firms which allows her to understand Strata and Building Management processes and effectively communicate her knowledge to her clients. She is known within the industry for her ambition and integrity, always going above and beyond.
