Office Manager/EA

Thirdi Group is seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to come on in a blended Office Manager/Executive Assistant dual-role position responsible for managing office operations and providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role requires a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism, particularly within the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Welcome visitors and clients upon arrival
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the executive team in managing property development timelines and deliverables.
