The masterplan also includes the adaptive re-use of a heritage-listed homestead, blending the area’s rich history with modern living.
Expected to receive development consent by December 2025, Stream Hill will deliver more than just homes, it will create a holistic, inclusive neighbourhood that grows with the people who call it home.
