Leading NSW builder Dilcara has been appointed as the construction partner for The Rushcutters, a luxury residential project in Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. This new development is a collaboration between Third.i Group and NPACT, announced on 28th April 2026. The project continues a partnership with Dilcara that spans more than 15 years, during which they have successfully delivered numerous residential and commercial projects across Sydney.

Located at 51-57 Bayswater Road, The Rushcutters is a boutique development featuring 13 high-end residences. These include expansive three-bedroom units and a full-floor penthouse, all priced from AUD 4.5 million. This price reflects the project’s premium positioning and exceptional quality.

Designed by the renowned architecture firm Woods Bagot, The Rushcutters blends modern architectural elements with subtle Art Deco influences. These design choices complement the harbourside location, providing a contemporary and high-end living experience that reflects the character of its prestigious setting.
