Thirdi Group is pleased to confirm we have submitted a development application for a new residential apartment building on the site at 147 – 153 Kurraba Point Road, Kurraba Point.
The proposed architectural design has been completed by SJB Architects and provides for thirty-one (31) apartments with basement car parking for 70 vehicles. Key features of the design is extensive internal and external landscaping areas to the benefit of both the proposed development and community.
