Florian Caillon is a Partner and Head of Acquisitions at Third.i Group and one of the emerging leaders in Australian property development. Since joining the business in 2020, Florian has played a pivotal role in growing Third.i’s acquisitions platform into a multi-billion-dollar development pipeline spanning residential, mixed-use, seniors living and large-scale urban renewal projects.

Florian has acquired more than $5 billion in development value and helped establish Third.i’s State Acquisition portfolio, including landmark State Significant Development projects across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW. His expertise spans acquisitions, strategic negotiations, planning pathways, feasibility analysis, market positioning and complex site consolidations.

Florian is recognised for his commercially disciplined yet policy-aware approach to development, with a strong focus on transit-oriented urban renewal, affordable housing delivery and long-term community outcomes. Passionate about creating projects that deliver both commercial and social value, Florian is focused on advancing housing supply, infrastructure integration and sustainable urban growth across Australia.

As Assistant Development Manager, Enrique ensures projects are completed efficiently. Involved across all aspects of delivery, Enrique works with consultants and authorities from the planning and design coordination phase to project handover.

With a Bachelor of Property Economics and on-site construction experience, Enrique has a strong passion for Property Development and looks to grow his career at Thirdi.

When he is not at work, Enrique likes to make the most of the Northern Beaches by getting in the ocean or spending time with family and friends.
