Role Overview

As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing regular client updated and their needs are met throughout their property journey. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Additionally, you will manage, update, and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the residential real estate sector
  • Manage client portfolios and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and monthly updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues
  • Track market trends and leverage insights to benefit clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Achieve client retention targets and contribute to company growth
  • Maintain and promote our projects and brand
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of partner agents and agency agreements
  • Assist in the coordination of partner agent events to promote allocated projects
  • Manage, update, and maintain our CRM system:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data
  • Monitor and analyse CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Implement best practices for CRM usage across the team
  • Provide regular reports on CRM performance and insights

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the real estate sector
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and its trends
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Unlatch) and financial analysis is preferred
