Third.i is hiring a Receptionist to join our team and take charge of the daily operations of our front of house. As our go-to person for all things office-related, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything runs like clockwork. From greeting clients and visitors to keeping our staff organised and on track, you’ll be the superhero we need to keep our office humming along. To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who comes through our doors. Qualifications & experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite – Essential
  • Xero – Knowledge would be advantageous
  • Basic prior experience working with accounts would be beneficial
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager in a professional setting

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Assist in the coordination of company events, social initiatives and manage meeting room bookings
  • Answer and divert calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Ensure the office and building are clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety
  • Manage I.T and AV equipment maintenance, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
  • Prepare weekly meeting minutes, ensuring that all meetings are documented accurately and promptly
  • Manage the office onboarding for new starters, including IT access and hardware order
  • Maintain and update staff directories as required
  • Monitor and coordinate orders of stationery and catering for the business
  • Manage the director’s diaries and appointment management, and book and coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required
