WEST was the first major residential development Thirdi Group delivered in their fast evolving WestEnd Precinct. Comprising two residential towers offering a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with many boasting amazing views of Newcastle districts.

When you combine the masterfully designed exteriors with the beautifully thought out interiors, you can understand why residents are soo happy with their apartments. Externally the Cavallo façade immediately draws admiration, with the perfect blend of expansive glass, steel cladding, brickwork and render to deliver an architecturally pleasing and timeless building.

With expansive views available on the higher levels, significant thought was put into the creation of our outdoor areas to maximise views but not jeopardies privacy. To achieve this our team created a range of steel louvers, landscaped areas and balcony walls at precise angles to capture some of the best views in Kensington.
