WATERLOO PENTHOUSE AT THE ICONIC ON ELIZABETH ST WILL BE ONE OF SYDNEY’S BIGGEST

FORGOT Potts Point or Darlinghurt, Sydney’s most luxurious apartment will be built in the heart of Waterloo.

At a price point of almost $4.5 million, the enormous penthouse will span 300 sq m at the top of the heritage 1921 CHUBB building, combining two properties to form one of the largest apartment spaces in the City of Sydney.

As part of a partnership between Thirdi Property Group and the Milligan Group, the Iconic development at 830 Elizabeth St will boast a 12.5m lap pool — the largest in the whole local government area.

The mega penthouse will also have a 112-sqm private rooftop with views over Waterloo Park, marking the development as one which will “define the suburb,” said spokesman for Thirdi Luke Berry.

Mr Berry said the apartment — which offers up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two car spaces — was perfect for an increasing number of prospective city-dwellers who wanted an apartment living lifestyle without sacrificing space.
